• Profile Information: Your name and preferred currency symbol.
• Vehicle Data: Vehicle name, make, model, year, license plate, and odometer readings you enter.
• Fuel Entry Data: Fuel amounts, costs, dates, odometer readings, and notes you log.
• Usage Data: Basic app usage analytics to improve performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the MileageTrack service
• To calculate fuel efficiency metrics and display your dashboard
• To sync your data across devices
• To communicate with you about service updates
• To improve app performance and user experience

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. We use Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure that only you can access your own data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your vehicle and fuel data is private and accessible only to you.

5. Offline Data

MileageTrack supports offline usage. Data entered while offline is stored locally on your device and synced to our servers when an internet connection is restored.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page within the app. When you delete your account, all your data — including vehicles, fuel entries, and profile information — is permanently removed from our servers.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

MileageTrack is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
